Nutrition - How to lose weight Tip # 2


If you love drinking juice, mix it in with half water, and you will decrease your calories in half. You can also freeze juice in ice trays and add it to your water to add flavour. In no time you will decrease your calorie intake and notice the difference on your scale in a few months!

  1. I think that loosing weight can be fun in many ways as well. I mean biking, tennis, walking, swimming these are all fun things right? People need to get in touch within more and find the true inner meaning of life. Nice post.
